Reuters Pharma event April 2026-Barcelona

On Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23, I had the pleasure of attending the Reuters Events Pharma in Barcelona, representing Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association 🌍✨

Together with the HBA EMEA Operational Board, we hosted a booth to showcase the impact and mission of HBA (thanks Lorraine Kleiner and Mar Carrasco Calvo for the preparation). It was inspiring to see such strong interest and engagement throughout the event. 🤝💡

A special highlight was seeing Dagmar Albers and Sarah Dancy Blackburn take the stage—first during Thursday morning’s breakfast workshop, and later in one of the meeting rooms🎤. Their message was clear and powerful: the real competitive edge in an AI-enabled world isn’t technology—it’s people. 🤖

➡️👥 They emphasized how organizations can truly unlock value at scale by focusing on human adoption, addressing resistance, and empowering teams to embrace new ways of working with confidence.

In addition, Helen M Taylor did a fantastic job moderating the entire Day 2 in the Blue Room, keeping the conversations dynamic and insightful. 👏🎯

It was energizing to connect with so many inspiring women and men, and to share the work we do Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association The drive, openness, and enthusiasm were incredible. ⚡🙌

Grateful as well for the time spent with the HBA EMEA Board—a true community that supports, uplifts, and grows together. ❤️🌱
